Correction in Trends

Last week BiZZarts was mentioned in Trends Magazine.  However there was a severe mistake in the article.  BiZZarts only tends to work with orchestras or cultural institutions who do receive funds from government but still have problems to do their work due to budget.  Trends listened to us and inserted a correction (some of you already found it, and received a nice present...) For the history, we show the correction so you stay well informed... By the way, in the correction itself there is another error...:-)  However our visual on Facebook has the same error...

The ultimate question

Fred Reicheld, author of 'The Loyalty Effect',  made a very simple statement:  Using one simple question - How likely is it that you would recommend this company to a friend or colleague?

This single question allows companies to track promoters and detractors, producing a clear measure of an organization's performance through its customers' eyes-its Net Promoter® Score. Bain & Company analysis shows that sustained value creators-companies that achieve long-term profitable growth-have Net Promoter Scores two times higher than the average company. And NPSSM leaders outgrow their competitors in most industries-by an average of 2.5 times.

So, we of BiZZart want to know it.  Please answer this one question for us, we will come back on the results... Just curious...
